Prepare the Honeydew
Cut the honeydew melon in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and chop it into small pieces. Set aside some pieces for garnishing later.

Boil Water
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Brew the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the green tea bags. Let them steep for about 5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the brewed tea (after removing the tea bags), chopped honeydew melon, honey, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Stir well to combine all flavors.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the tea to cool.

Serve the honeydew tea in glasses, garnished with reserved honeydew pieces and additional mint leaves if desired. Enjoy chilled.
