Method
Juicing

Prepare Fresh Juices
Using a juicer or blender, extract juice from fresh oranges, mangoes, and grapefruits. Strain if needed for a smoother texture.

Measure Juice
Measure 1 cup each of the freshly squeezed orange juice, mango juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, and peach nectar.
Mixing

Combine Juices
In a large pitcher, combine all the measured juices: orange, mango, pineapple, cranberry, grapefruit, and peach nectar. Stir well to mix.

Chill the Mixture
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to chill the juice mixture.
Serving

Pour and Serve
In a champagne flute, fill halfway with the juice mixture (approximately 1/2 cup), then top with sparkling wine or champagne (approximately 1/2 cup).

Garnish each flute with a slice of fresh fruit (orange, mango, or peach) and a mint leaf for added flavor and presentation.
