Method
Preparation
- 1
Juicing the Fruits
Juice the fresh oranges, grapefruits, and pomegranates separately using a juicer or citrus press. Strain the juices to remove any pulp if desired.
- 2
Mixing the Mimosas
In a champagne flute, pour about 1/4 cup of your choice of fresh-squeezed juice (orange, grapefruit, or pomegranate).
- 3
Adding the Cava
Slowly top off the flute with Marqués de Cáceres Cava. Pour gently to avoid excessive bubbles.
- 4
Garnishing (optional)
Garnish with a slice of the fruit used for the juice or a few pomegranate seeds for a festive touch.
