1. Prepare Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

In a small bowl, steep the dried butterfly pea flower in hot water for about 5-10 minutes until it turns a deep blue color. Strain and set aside to cool.

2. Mix Matcha

In another bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a few tablespoons of hot water until it forms a smooth paste. Gradually add the remaining hot water while continuing to whisk until fully dissolved.

3. Combine Ingredients

In a glass, add ice cubes. Pour in the oat milk, followed by the matcha mixture. Finally, pour the cooled butterfly pea flower tea over the top. The colors should create a beautiful layered effect.

4. Sweeten to Taste

Add your preferred sweetener (honey or maple syrup) to taste and gently stir to combine.
