Prepare the Dumpling Dough

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water while stirring until a rough dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling

Blend the Filling
In a food processor, combine the shelled edamame, Thai basil, white truffle oil, dashi, and Chef Matt’s Magical Dust. Pulse until you have a chunky mixture.
Assemble the Dumplings

Roll Out the Dough
After resting, divide the dough into small portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle, about 3 inches in diameter.

Fill the Dumplings
Place a small spoonful of the edamame filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
Cook the Dumplings

Steam the Dumplings
Prepare a steamer and steam the dumplings for about 8-10 minutes until they are cooked through.
