Crust Preparation

Make the Crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine almond flour, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until well combined and crumbly. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
Peanut Butter Filling

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled crust.
Chocolate Ganache

Make the Ganache
In a saucepan, heat the coconut cream over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the TCHO chocolate chips. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Pour the ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.
Final Assembly

Chill and Serve
