Cauliflower

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to prepare for roasting the cauliflower.

  2. 2

    Prepare Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Buffalo Sauce

  1. 3

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.

Roasting and Serving

  1. 4

    Roast Cauliflower

Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and tender.

  2. 5

    Toss with Sauce

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the hot florets. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and crumbled Point Reyes blue cheese over the coated cauliflower. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is slightly melted and breadcrumbs are crispy.

  4. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Buffalo Cauliflower warm!
