Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to prepare for roasting the cauliflower.

Prepare Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Buffalo Sauce

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until combined and heated through.
Roasting and Serving

Roast Cauliflower
Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and tender.

Toss with Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the hot florets. Toss to coat evenly.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and crumbled Point Reyes blue cheese over the coated cauliflower. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is slightly melted and breadcrumbs are crispy.
