Seafood Fra Diavolo Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp is pink and the clams and mussels open, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Sauce and Wine

Pour in the Fra Diavolo sauce and brandied cooking wine. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the seafood and sauce mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
