Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Dredge each breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
