Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped red onions and pancetta, cooking until the onions are soft and the pancetta is crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine. Gradually add the asiago cheese, mixing until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix Pasta and Chicken
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the asiago cream sauce. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
