Chicken Tenders
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place the flour, a mixture of eggs and milk, and the panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs, making sure to coat evenly.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Chicken Tenders
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with fries.
