Clean the Seafood
Rinse the shrimp, crab, bay scallops, mussels, and clams under cold water. Remove any beards from the mussels and scrub the shells of the clams and mussels to ensure they're clean.

Chop Garlic and Parsley
Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley. Set aside for later use.

Season and Add Liquid
Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the seafood. Pour in the white wine and the lemon juice. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

Cook the Seafood
Cover the pot and let the seafood steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the mussels and clams open up and the shrimp turn pink. Discard any mussels or clams that do not open.

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the seafood and arrange lemon wedges around the platter for garnish.
