Prepare the Broccolini
Rinse the broccolini under cold water and trim the ends. Cut any thick stems in half lengthwise to ensure even cooking.

Chop Shallots and Garlic
Peel and finely chop the shallots. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Prepare Sun-dried Tomatoes
If using dry sun-dried tomatoes, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, then chop them into small pieces.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

Season and Cook
Sprinkle in the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sauté the broccolini for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is tender but still vibrant green.

Incorporate Sun-dried Tomatoes
Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet and stir to mix them with the broccolini. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
