Prepare Tater Tots

Bake Tater Tots
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake according to package instructions (typically 25-30 minutes) until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Cook Chorizo

Chop Green Onions
Finely chop the green onions, separating the green tops from the white bottoms. Set aside.
Make Cheese Fondue

Prepare Fondue Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the white cheddar cheese and heavy cream. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble Loaded Tots

Combine Ingredients
Once the tater tots are baked, remove them from the oven. Top the tater tots with the cooked chorizo, followed by the jack-cheddar cheese.

Melt Cheese
Return the loaded tater tots to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven and drizzle the white cheddar fondue sauce over the top. Garnish with the chopped green onion tops and serve with sour cream on the side.
