Place the champagne and elderflower liqueur in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to ensure they are well chilled.

Squeeze fresh limes to extract enough juice to measure 1 cup. Strain the juice to remove any pulp or seeds.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the chilled champagne, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lime juice. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing the fizz of the champagne.

Fill glasses with the cocktail mixture, leaving some space at the top.

Garnish each glass with a few fresh mint leaves. You can gently bruise the leaves to release more aroma before adding them.
