Cut Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick.
Fry Chicken Tenders
- 4
Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Prepare Sauces

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce and garlic powder until combined. Remove from heat.
- 7
Prepare BBQ Sauce
Simply set aside your chosen BBQ sauce in a serving bowl.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped long hot peppers, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Serve

Plate and Serve
Serve the chicken tenders hot with your choice of buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, and long hot aioli on the side for dipping.
