Burger Patties

Slider Buns

Method

Preparing the Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Season the Beef

In a mixing bowl, combine the Black Angus ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until the seasoning is evenly distributed.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the seasoned beef into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

Cooking the Patties

  1. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar, fontina, and American cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet or grill to help melt the cheese.

Preparing the Toppings

  1. 5

    Prepare the Ribeye

In a separate skillet, cook the shaved ribeye steak over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Sliders

Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Assembling the Sliders

  1. 7

    Build the Sliders

On the bottom half of each toasted slider bun, place a cheeseburger patty. Top with a generous amount of crispy fried onions and a portion of the cooked ribeye steak.

  2. 8

    Add Sauce

Drizzle sriracha ketchup over the toppings before placing the top half of the bun on each slider.
