Method
Preparation of Chicken
- 1
Seasoning the Chicken
Rub the Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken breast on both sides.
- 2
Cooking the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 3
Slicing the Chicken
After resting, slice the chicken breast into bite-sized strips.
Assembling the Wrap
- 4
Preparing the Ingredients
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Grate or shave the Parmesan cheese.
- 5
Building the Wrap
Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center, layer half of the chopped romaine lettuce, half of the sliced chicken, half of the Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing.
- 6
Rolling the Wrap
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll from the bottom up tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
Serving
- 7
Finishing Touch
Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
