In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.

Prepare the Burger Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add blue cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

Cook the Patties

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Toast the Buns

Spread mustard and ketchup on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked patty with melted blue cheese on top, followed by lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Assemble the Burgers

Serve the cheeseburgers immediately with your choice of side.

In a bowl, combine the canned tuna, taco seasoning, and olive oil. Mix well until the tuna is evenly coated with the seasoning.

Prepare the Tuna

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable.

Heat the Tortillas

Place a generous portion of the seasoned tuna on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced avocado.

Assemble the Tacos

Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy your flavorful tuna tacos!

In a bowl, combine the pitted dates and boiling water. Let it soak for about 15 minutes until the dates are softened.

Prepare the Dates

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the soaked dates (with water), vanilla extract, and self-raising flour until combined.

Make the Pudding Batter

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Bake the Pudding

In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, unsalted butter, and heavy cream for the toffee sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

Prepare the Toffee Sauce

Once the pudding is done, let it cool slightly. Serve warm, drizzled with toffee sauce and a side of cold heavy cream.

Finely dice the fresh tuna into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.

Dice the avocado and cucumber into small pieces. Add them to the bowl with the tuna.

Add Vegetables

Finely chop the red onion and fresh cilantro, then add them to the bowl. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and season with salt and black pepper. Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Mix the Ingredients

Using a ring mold, press the tuna tartar mixture into a round shape on a plate. Carefully lift the mold off to reveal the shape.

Plate the Dish

Garnish with microgreens and serve with tortilla chips on the side.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick, then cut it into squares of approximately 3x3 inches.

Prepare the Puff Pastry

Place a cocktail sausage in the center of each puff pastry square. Fold the corners of the pastry over the sausage and pinch to seal tightly.

Wrap the Sausages

Beat the egg in a small bowl. Brush the egg wash over each wrapped sausage and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Egg Wash and Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed up.

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with mustard on the side for dipping.
