Combine Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.

Blend Mixture
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, approximately 20-30 seconds.

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry on top, and sprinkle shredded coconut for added texture.
