Method
Preparation of Cured Meats
- 1
Arrange Cured Meats
On a large wooden or marble board, arrange the prosciutto, salami, chorizo, and capicola in a visually appealing manner, fanning them out and overlapping slightly.
Preparation of Crossitinis
- 2
Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. This will create the base for your crossitinis.
- 3
Brush with Garlic Oil
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary. Brush this mixture generously on both sides of each baguette slice.
- 4
Toast the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the brushed baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
