Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pancetta and cook until it becomes crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Peas
Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.

Prepare the Cream Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Add a bit of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and black pepper if desired.
