Prepare the Chicken
Slice the chicken breasts into medallions and season with salt and black pepper.

Batter the Chicken
Dredge each chicken medallion in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and set aside.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook the chicken medallions for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter, capers, artichoke hearts, and white wine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3-4 minutes.

Finish the Dish
Add the lemon juice to the sauce, then return the chicken medallions to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Serve
Plate the chicken medallions and spoon the sauce over the top. Enjoy!
