Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Finish the Dish
Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken Marsala before serving. Enjoy!
