Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Cook the Chicken and Sausage
Add diced chicken breast and sliced Conecuh sausage to the skillet. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Add the Liquids
Pour in the white wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes until slightly reduced.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
