Steak Tartare

Prepare the Beef
Finely dice the beef tenderloin using a sharp knife to ensure even pieces. Place the diced beef in a mixing bowl.

Add Flavorings
Finely chop the capers and shallot. Add them to the bowl with the beef. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and the egg yolk.

Season
Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white miso paste, and lemon juice.

Whisk Together
Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Crostini

Prepare Baguette
Slice the baguette into thin slices, about 1/2 inch thick.

Toast the Slices
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each side lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
