Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken wings, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to ensure all wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Sauce Preparation

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, and garlic powder. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well mixed.

Make BBQ Sauce
In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted, then add chopped parsley.
Coating the Wings

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your chosen sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter and serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
