Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures that the wings will cook evenly and become crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings and olive oil. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the oil.

  3. 3

    Season the Wings

Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to ensure all wings are evenly seasoned.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Bake the Wings

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through the cooking time to ensure even crispiness.

  2. 6

    Check for Doneness

The wings should be golden brown and crispy when done. You can also check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 165°F (74°C).

  3. 7

    Rest the Wings

Remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute.
