Method
To Make the Toffee Popcorn

Pop the Popcorn
In a large pot, heat the popcorn kernels over medium heat until they start to pop. Use a lid to cover the pot, and shake occasionally until popping slows down. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Toffee
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add granulated sugar and stir continuously until the mixture is bubbling and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Popcorn and Toffee
Pour the caramelized toffee over the popped popcorn and stir quickly to coat all the popcorn evenly. Sprinkle with sea salt and let it cool on a baking sheet.
To Make the Espresso Martini

Prepare the Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.

Mix the Martini
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and cooled espresso. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake and Strain
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Top the martini with a few pieces of toffee popcorn and three coffee beans for decoration.
