Base Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet, add the fresh spinach and sauté over medium heat until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Chop the Artichokes

Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts. Chop them into small pieces and set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine Base Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Mixing & Baking

  1. 4

    Add Seasonings

To the cream cheese mixture, add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix well.

  2. 5

    Incorporate Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichokes into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.

  3. 6

    Add Cheeses

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Reserve the other half for topping.

  4. 7

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  5. 8

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.
