Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by squeezing fresh oranges to make juice. Measure 2 cups of orange juice and pour it into a pitcher or bowl. Ensure no seeds are present.

  2. 2

    Chill the Sparkling Wine

If the sparkling wine is not already chilled, place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. You want it to be nicely chilled to enhance the refreshing flavor of the Mimosa.

  3. 3

    Mix the Mimosa

In a champagne flute or a glass of your choice, pour 1 part orange juice and 2 parts sparkling wine. The typical ratio is 1 part juice to 2 parts wine, but you can adjust this to your taste.

  4. 4

    Garnish and Serve

Add an orange slice on the rim of the glass as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mimosa!
