Method

Prepare the Salad Base

    Chop the Romaine Lettuce

    Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

    Slice the Cherry Tomatoes

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

    Prepare the Cucumber

    Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it into thin rounds and add to the salad bowl.

Cook Proteins

    Prepare the Chicken

    If using leftover chicken, shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces. If cooking fresh, grill or bake the chicken breast until fully cooked, then chop.

    Cook the Bacon

    In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

    Hard-Boil the Eggs

    Place the eggs in a pot of boiling water and cook for 9-12 minutes. Once cooked, cool them under cold water, peel, and chop.

Assemble the Salad
