Chicken Wings

Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This will ensure the wings cook evenly and become crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the bone-in chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean-up. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet and arrange the seasoned wings on the rack in a single layer.

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Preparation of Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Be careful not to burn it.

  2. 6

    Mix the Sauce

Once the butter is melted, add the hot sauce, honey, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine all the ingredients into a smooth sauce.

  3. 7

    Simmer the Sauce

Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. This will help the flavors meld together.

Coating the Wings

  1. 8

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the hot wings.

  2. 9

    Mix Thoroughly

Toss the wings in the sauce until they are fully coated. Serve immediately.
