Roasted Garlic Butter Ingredients

Method

Roasted Garlic Butter Directions

  1. 1

    Roast the Garlic

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off each garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil. Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and caramelized.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter with salt and black pepper. Once the garlic is roasted and cooled slightly, squeeze the cloves out of their skins and mash them into the butter mixture.

  3. 3

    Add Parsley

Chop the fresh parsley and fold it into the garlic butter until well combined.

  4. 4

    Store the Butter

Transfer the garlic butter to a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, shape it into a log, and twist the ends to seal. Refrigerate until firm, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
