Pork Chop

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparing the Pork Chop

Take the dry-aged bone-in pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Seasoning

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.

  3. 3

    Cooking the Pork Chop

Add olive oil to the skillet or grill. Cook the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
