Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the Atlantic salmon fillets generously with everything seasoning on both sides.

Bake the Salmon
Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Succotash
While the salmon is baking, cook the organic succotash in a skillet over medium heat according to package instructions if frozen, or sauté fresh ingredients until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Assemble the Plate
On each plate, place a portion of succotash, top with a baked salmon fillet, and garnish with pickled onions and a drizzle of bénédictine.
