Pork Belly Preparation

Marinate the Pork
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sliced ginger. Add the pork belly and ensure it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Pork
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the marinated pork belly in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours or until tender. Remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing.

Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, water, soy sauce, and miso paste. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the miso is dissolved. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Noodles Preparation

Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually around 3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Ramen
In serving bowls, place a portion of cooked noodles. Pour the hot broth over the noodles. Top with sliced pork belly, soft-boiled eggs, chopped green onions, bamboo shoots, corn kernels, and nori sheets.
