Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Clean the red snapper under cold running water, removing any scales and entrails. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

Rub the entire fish with olive oil, ensuring it is evenly coated. Season the inside and outside with salt and black pepper.

Stuffing

  1. 3

    Prepare the Stuffing

Mince the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley. Mix them together in a small bowl.

  2. 4

    Stuff the Fish

Insert the garlic and parsley mixture into the cavity of the fish. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon inside the cavity for added flavor.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 6

    Bake the Fish

Place the stuffed fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Remove the fish from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with fresh lemon wedges and chopped dill for garnish.
