Brewing the Base

    Boil the Water

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

    Add Barley Malt

    Once boiling, add 1 cup of barley malt to the water. Stir well and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

    Incorporate Hops

    After 30 minutes, add 2 tsp of hops to the mixture. Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Stir in Corn Syrup

    Stir in 1 tbsp of corn syrup to add sweetness. Mix well and remove from heat.

    Cool the Mixture

    Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.

    Add Yeast

    Once cooled, add 1 tsp of non-alcoholic brewing yeast to the mixture. Stir gently.

    Fermentation

    Cover the pot with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours for fermentation.

Flavoring and Serving

    Prepare Flavorings

    In a separate container, mix together 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp of lime juice, and 1 tbsp of ginger syrup.

    Combine with Base

    After fermentation, strain the base mixture into a large pitcher. Add the prepared flavoring mixture to the pitcher.

    Add Club Soda

    Pour in 1 cup of club soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.

    Chill and Serve

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over ice in chilled glasses.
