Cook the Eggs
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil. Once hot, pour in the whisked eggs. Allow to cook for a few minutes until the edges begin to set, then gently stir or flip for scrambled eggs, or let it cook undisturbed for fried eggs until desired doneness.
Cooking the Potatoes
- 3
Prepare the Potatoes
If using fresh potatoes, dice them into small cubes. If using frozen hash browns, ensure they are thawed and separated.

Cook the Potatoes
In another skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes (or hash browns) and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
