Method

Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, cooking until the eggs are fluffy and just set, about 5-7 minutes.

Country Fried Potatoes

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the russet potatoes into small cubes. Dice the onion.

  2. 4

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and onion, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.

Eggs Benedict

  1. 5

    Toast the Muffins

Split the English muffins and toast them until golden brown.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Eggs

Poach the eggs in simmering water until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 7

    Assemble the Dish

Layer a slice of ham on each toasted muffin half, top with a poached egg, and drizzle with hollandaise sauce.

Bacon and Sausage

  1. 8

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  2. 9

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, cook the breakfast sausage links until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Biscuits and Gravy

  1. 10

    Cook the Sausage for Gravy

In a saucepan, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and drain excess fat.

  2. 11

    Make the Gravy

Add flour to the pan, whisking until golden brown. Gradually add milk, whisking to eliminate lumps. Stir in salt and black pepper and simmer until thickened.

  3. 12

    Serve

Split the biscuits and ladle sausage gravy over the top before serving.

Omelet Station

  1. 13

    Prepare the Omelet Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 14

    Cook the Omelets

In a skillet, heat a little oil, pour in the egg mixture, and add desired fillings (bell peppers, onion, spinach, cheese). Cook until set, then fold and serve.

Assorted Muffins and Danish

  1. 15

    Serve the Pastries

Arrange assorted muffins and Danish pastries on a platter for guests to enjoy.
