Method
Muffins

Prepare the Muffin Batter
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then mix in the milk and vegetable oil. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Bake the Muffins
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
Danish

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Assemble the Danish
Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut into squares and place a spoonful of cream cheese filling in the center. Fold corners over the filling and seal. Brush with egg wash if desired.

Bake the Danish
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the assembled Danish on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with fruit preserves before serving.
Bagels

Prepare the Bagels
Slice the bagels in half and spread cream cheese on each half. Arrange them on a serving platter.
