Method

Wings Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Apply Adobo Dry Rub

In a small bowl, mix paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the adobo dry rub evenly over the chicken wings and toss to coat.

Buffalo Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in hot sauce, garlic powder, white vinegar, and salt. Mix well and remove from heat.

Barbalo Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make Barbalo Sauce

In a separate bowl, combine hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.

Lemon Pepper Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Lemon Pepper Seasoning

In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Garlic Parmesan Preparation

  1. 6

    Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a bowl, mix grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Wings Cooking

  1. 7

    Cook the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until crispy and cooked through, turning halfway.

  2. 8

    Toss in Sauces

Once the wings are cooked, divide them into four portions. Toss one portion in Buffalo sauce, another in Barbalo sauce, a third in Lemon Pepper seasoning, and the last in Garlic Parmesan sauce.

  3. 9

    Serve

Serve the wings immediately with your favorite dipping sauces and celery sticks.
