Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Hornitos Blanco Tequila, Coconut Cream, and Fresh Lime Juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake Well
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Top with Sparkling Water
Carefully pour the Liquid Death Lime Sparkling Water over the cocktail mixture in the glass.
