Prepare the Turkey

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Prepare the Turkey
Rub the entire turkey with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Roast the Turkey
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes and brush with BBQ sauce.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, corn, and black beans. Toss gently to mix.
Make Crispy Cheddar Onions

Fry the Onions
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the battered onions until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fried onions while still hot, allowing it to stick.

In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, chipotle peppers, and lime juice until well combined.
