Stout-porter Ice Cream Float Recipe

Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside walls.

Add Ice Cream
Place 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream into the glass.

Pour the Beers
Carefully pour the stout beer over the ice cream, followed by the porter beer. Pour slowly to prevent too much foam.

Top It Off
Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon for enjoying the float.
