    Prepare the Ingredients

    Mince the garlic, dice the onion, green bell pepper, and celery, and set aside.

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

    Add Garlic and Shrimp

    Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with Creole seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp start to turn pink.

    Add Beer and Simmer

    Pour in the beer and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce has slightly thickened.

    Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot with sliced baguette for dipping.
