Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off any excess.

  2. 2

    Sear the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

  4. 4

    Add Tomatoes and Capers

Add the halved cherry tomatoes and capers to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
