For Beer Cheese

   Melt Ingredients

   In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the ale beer, cream cheese, and Dijon mustard. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

   Add Cheddar

   Gradually stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese until fully melted and combined. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
