Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fry shapes. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Fries

Spread the sweet potato fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

  3. 3

    Heat the Pulled Pork

While the fries are baking, heat the pulled pork in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. Add a little BBQ sauce to the pork for extra flavor.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Dish

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Top with the warm pulled pork, drizzle with beer cheese, and BBQ sauce.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Sprinkle crispy onions and chopped scallions over the top for added crunch and flavor. Serve immediately.
